STAINLESS STEEL PIPES and FITTINGS
Quality Control Laboratories and R&D and testing laboratories located in hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical factories, food laboratories, environmental laboratories, chemical industry facilities, etc., We design and install systems in accordance with international standards, using our own qualified personnel, to ensure the safe delivery and control of gases used as process and experimental gases at laboratory usage points, based on gas properties, usage point pressure, flow rate, and safety conditions. Connection elements such as bolts, rails, and retaining clips used for installation are also used in accordance with standards.
The Gas Shut-off Panel allows the gas flow to be shut off manually or automatically in case of emergencies such as system leaks or tube depletion in pneumatic systems, or other unexpected events. These panels minimize potential risks by activating to ensure system safety. They also offer remote monitoring and control capabilities by integrating with shared SCADA systems, helping operators respond quickly in the event of an emergency.
MANIFOLD SYSTEMS (PIPE CENTRALS) and POINT-OF-USE REGULATORS

Manufactured with precision engineering, durable materials, and production processes compliant with international standards, this equipment is used in industrial, laboratory, and medical applications.
Pressure panels used in central gas supply systems provide a constant pressure by reducing the cylinder pressure to a specified secondary pressure. Automatic switchover panels with manual reset are designed to ensure continuous gas flow. When the primary source is close to depletion, the backup source is activated, and the gas flow continues without interruption. After the empty cylinder is replaced, the system is manually reset, and the backup source is assigned as the primary source. Panels are typically offered with 3 inputs and are manufactured from raw brass, chrome-plated, or stainless steel materials. The regulators on them are selected from our product range. Cylinder hoses are manufactured from flexible stainless steel pipes in various lengths. Flashback arrestors are used in semi-automatic stations and line regulators for hydrogen.
Single-stage regulators reduce the inlet pressure in a single step, and the outlet pressure is adjusted using a handwheel; however, as the cylinder pressure decreases, the outlet pressure increases slightly, making them suitable for applications that do not require constant pressure or that use liquefied gases. Two-stage regulators, on the other hand, provide a more stable outlet pressure and are preferred in areas requiring constant pressure, such as laboratories, gas chromatography, and precision welding.
ALARM SYSTEM and GAS LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM
These are central systems that collect data from all detection systems and monitor changes in gas levels. In case of danger, they trigger alarms or visual warnings, enabling rapid evacuation and the implementation of countermeasures. Gas leak detection systems minimize the risk of leaks, ensuring worker safety and helping prevent major accidents such as fires and explosions in facilities.
Additionally, these systems continuously monitor gas levels using sensors permanently installed at specific points. They provide real-time data to operators and security systems, particularly in high-risk areas, enabling immediate intervention.
